Post here is your Sitting QB1 for Kurt Warner this weekend (1 Viewer)

I'm actually starting Warner over a gimpy Peyton in a couple leagues.I figure the Colts will rely on Addai more than usual, especially since the RBs (Edge, Rhodes, Addai) have been so effective against the Bears in their last two meetings over the years.
I'm in the same situation...strongly considering sitting Manning for Warner for this week. I keep going back and forth about it. I hate to ever bench Manning. I think it will be a last minute decision for me.

Warner over Anderson
I'm considering the same. Here's what I'm struggling with:With a gimpy or inactive Jamal Lewis, will this hurt Anderson (running game doesn't open up the pass) or help him (with no running game, they'll have to throw a ton in order to keep up with the potent Dallas D)

Struggling with this one as well, and Andersons quiet stretch run last year, Lewis' game time decision, and the notion that this could be a shootout gives me pause.Looking over last year, the Cowboys allowed 2 TD passes or more in only 5 games, and more than 2 only twice (Eli and Brady).49ers allowed 2 or more in 7 games, and allowed more than 2 twice.Warner last year vs. SF: 484 yards, 2 TDs.Everyone is talking this one up as a shootout so much, I am half-expecting an ugly 14-10 final score.

Yep...I decided to do it. I'm sitting Peyton Manning this week for Warner. I have a bad feeling about that Colts/Bears game.

Manning still a little gimpy...2 O-Line starters are out. I see it being a conservative low scoring game. but the Niners/Cards game should be just the opposite.

So I gotta do it. :goodposting:

No real firewroks this past Sunday, but Warner is still a good starter going forward. And dare I say that team has a chance to win that division? Hell, 7 wins oughtta do the trick.

I watched the Seahawks at Bills game and they looked TERRIBLE.I think the wheels have fallen off of that truck. :checking schedules:
Code:
WK	SEA ARZ--------------------01 @BUF-L @SFO-W02	SFO MIA03	STL @WAS04	BYE @NYJ05 @NYG BUF06	GBP DAL07 @TBB BYE08 @SFO @CAR09	PHI @STL10 @MIA SFO11	ARZ @SEA12	WAS NYG13 @DAL @PHI14	NEP STL15 @STL MIN16	NYJ @NEP17 @ARZ SEA
Hmm...both will have a tough go of it. I guess the head-to-head games will be HUGE. 7 wins won't cut it, but 8 might if you win the H2H.First matchup is ARZ @ SEA in Week 11, but Week 17 looks to be juicy with SEA @ ARZ if these two keep it close.

SJ96 > :hey: Was being facetious with the 7 games thing but 9-7 might do it. This might be Arizonas best chance. They have to keep Warner upright, though. Hightower looks pretty good as well. Im not an AZ fan or anything, but just an interested Warner and Boldin owner.I do think Seattle will struggle initally, but its way too early to count them out. They will get better in the 2nd half of the season for sure (im looking at yoy Bobby Engram) and they always play well at home.
