Post round 1 draft, stock up/down (1 Viewer)

Speaking of Ravens named Brown, if you play IDP you're not a happy Arthur Brown owner.

I mean, I would GUESS you're not happy. A friend of mine traded for him in his league last year.

As a Marlon Brown owner unsure of what the Ravens think of him, it was nice to see them not go WR in the 1st. As long as they don't take a WR in the 2nd it tells me they think he can be the #2.
Did't they sign Steve Smith? He's not the same player anymore, but I'm guessing that he'll be above Brown in the pecking order. Plus they signed Owen Daniels because they wanted to run more two TE sets,
Long-term I'm not worried about Smith. He's been playing more in the slot and I expect that trend to continue this year.

Agreed- I don't see Brown getting much time now. CJ Mosely will step right into the role they were hoping Brown would play.

Pretty bummed about Arthur Brown as a Brown owner but as a Ravens fan I'm excited for CJ. I'm not writing Arthur off just yet as we know Daryl Smith isn't a long-term fixture but this definitely puts a damper on his 2014 outlook.

They didn't go WR in the 2nd. Still a lot of WR's left but looking good for him.

Watkins - down a bit cause the Bills suck as an organization, but not down all that much. I disagree with those saying there's too many mouths to feed there though, Watkins is a big step up in talent from anything else they have.

Ebron - Big up. Detroit's pass happy offense is a great spot.

Cooks - Big up. Playing on turf in that offense is pretty much as good a destination as you could have hoped for.

Benjamin - Big up. They have as close to nothing at the position as you can get. He's a good bet for 8+ TDs for the next number of years imo.

Odell Beckham - stock unchanged. Nice to be drafted so high, but Eli is pretty terrible these days.

Mike Evans - stock unchanged. Reasonably good destination.
pretty good list, but I disagree with Ebron's big Ups... did Detroit cut Pettigrew last night? I see this being the same as Eifert, Pettigrew and Ebron are going to cancel each other out while together. Plus theres Calvin, Tate & Reggie to feed, lots of mouths. If any Stafford owners in ur leagues are fed up go get him now!!

Little disappointed but rather see Watkins' in Buff than Oak, still WR1 but could see why people will jump Evans over him.

Benjamin - slight bump, your either a believer or not.

Teddy and Johnny will be 1st QBs taken and I see their value as being all over the place.

Lee should be one of the 1st players taken tonight but he's no longer top 4 rookie pick.

NYG better get a OT tonight or its going to be ugly.
I don't see Pettigrew's presence impacting Ebron much, myself. I'm guessing Ebron will for all intents and purposes be a WR, I don't anticipate him lining up on the offensive line much if at all. And the Detroit WRs are ####ty enough outside of Calvin that Ebron will prob be on the field the large majority of the time. Prime scenario for fantasy purposes.

Geno Smith - Up with the Amaro pick.

Stephen Hill - Up, still must think he has potential

Not what Gio owners wanted to see...

Gio - Down (too early to judge how much)

Hill - Down (not good for a guy people thought could be a starter)

As an owner of Hoyer, BJGE and Emmannuel Sanders, this round has been a little sucky, but not nearly as bad as it was for Gio owners.

Wasted pick for the Bengals IMO. Jeremy hill just lost about 80% of his value.

Bernard still a stud, just not as high of a stud

Hyde to SF, could be a monster dynasty pick.
Hyde...monster.....I get it. Clever..

But not buying it in ff. Gore won't go away. Lattimore is better if healthy and he is getting the time to get healthy. So, a year from now you begin a rbbc that includes at a minimum, three RBs.

Generally, I don't like RBs that are not in a position to hit the ground running hot because, in a flash, they are 24-25 and being shipped off to another team where they become the "old" guy.

I guess Lattimore isn't ready

shock pick for me.
Very shocked.
Agree. The niners don't need a lot but they needed this about as little as anything. Not to mention, this is a second round pick. That has value. They could buy a free agent or make a cheap trade all day long. I don't get this one. Seems like they are getting a little too cute and falling victim to their own reputation. The last few years they have been known to stash luxury but may have whiffed on this

They like to have more than one RB and next year they'll only have Lattimore and Hyde. At least it will continue to be a position of strength and they won't have to worry about a Lattimore injury.

Hill and Gio are two different backs - they complement each other well.
The issue isn't that Gio won't have a role, it's that he was getting hyped as having the job virtually to himself. I love Gio if he's only got to beat out BJGE for carries. I don't like Gio nearly as much if he's getting whatever's left between Hill, BJGE's table scraps, and a passing offense that's overstocked with mouths to feed.Lattimore's value just went straight in the crapper, and Hill's and Hyde's aren't much better.

This rookie draft is shaping up to suck.

Gore in the twilight, LaMichael moving elsewhere, Lattimore not ready.... Hunter ? meh

Still a surprising pick.
thought the falcons would trade up to get Hyde, oh well
Yeah. A little curious about that myself. Really thought they would address this. What a fine line. Any of these RBs go to atlanta and their value is SO different.

For veterans or the rookies?
