Not for any of the reasons you would have thought. He's still getting gobs of targets, he's just not converting them into positive plays. Some of the "targets" have been awful but really he's just gone long stretches this year where he hasn't been making plays. I'm not sure if that will continue for the rest of his career, I guess it's possible. But either way, it has nothing at all to do with the addition of Evans. So no, you weren't right.
