Just for fun, post the 2006 depth chart for your favorite team(s). If you have any outlandish signings, please try and justify why your team will/should make those moves. Also, please be cognisant of the Salary Cap rammifications of any blockbuster trades. Try to make it as realistic as possible.
As a note, please bold any changes from last year.

My favorite team is the Bucs, so, here's mine:
QB Chris Simms
WR1 Michael Clayton
WR2 Joey Galloway
WR3 Sinorice Moss (rookie, 1st Round)
RB Cadillac Williams
FB Mike Alstott
LT Anthony Davis
LG Dan Buenning
OC Sean Mahan
RG Davin Joseph (rookie, 2nd round)
RT Kenyatta Walker
TE1 Alex Smith
TE2 Anthony Becht
LDE DeWayne White
NT Chris Hovan (re-signed)
UT Jonathan Lewis (rookie, 3rd round)
RDE Simeon Rice
SLB Ryan Nece
MLB Barrett Ruud
WLB Derrick Brooks
LC Brian Kelly
FS Will Allen
SS Jermaine Phillips
RC Ronde Barber
KR1 Sinorice Moss
KR2 Mark Jones
PR Sinorice Moss
Notable Cap Casualties:
MLB Shelton Quarles ($3.1M), DT Anthony McFarland ($4.5M), OC John Wade ($1.1M), Brian Griese ($3.5M)
Notable Free Agent Departures:
FS Dexter Jackson
WR Ike Hilliard
Summary/Outlook:
First off, I believe the Bucs will continue to build through the draft, and will not be big players in Free Agency, other than to sign some veteran role-players on defense at DT, LB and NB. I think they will pursue Joe Jurevicius, but not land him, and I also believe they'll try to bring in a veteran tackle to challenge Kenyatta Walker at RT (Jon Runyan maybe?).
While Wade is not a big money-saver, Mahan will graduate from RG to his natural Center position, and take over the play-calling duties next year. He spent a season under Wade's wing, and now it's his time. I do believe that they will keep Kenyatta Walker, because he is only slated to make $827K in base salary next year, and while he's certainly not lived up to his first round tender, he showed last year that he's at least an adequate starter, and the Bucs could certainly do worse. At RG, the Bucs have been targeting Joseph since last year, and he can come in and really help give this line an attitude next season.
On Defense, I expect this team to drop veteran DT Anthony McFarland, simply because his value simply isn't reasonable. He's underperformed his entire career and been oft-injured. I also see Quarles going, despite having a great season last year (which I feel was largely due to the success of Chris Hovan). I also see LDE Greg Spires staying with the team, but simply being beaten out by White next season. His $1M cap figure is a good value for a solid backup should either Rice or White go down. At FS, Dexter Jackson is a free agent that might be brought back, but if he is, it will be as a backup, and not as a starter.
A couple positions that I do not feel very secure about is SS and Jermaine Phillips. I remember doing a radio show with him a few weeks into last season, and one of the questions someone asked him was "who would you most like to get a big hit on?" and his answer was "Kevan Barlow" because of a story a few years before where Barlow knocked him over and barrelled in the endzone, then made fun of him for it. Because of this reason, and seeing several times for myself this season that Phillips simply isn't very good at tackling, I see him as a weakness that will be replaced in 2007. Also, I believe the Bucs will have to get lucky with a find like Jonathan Lewis at UT to keep their DL in-tact. McFarland will get a big contract somewhere this offseason, simply for the reason that he's the best available DT, which is pretty sad to me. This is a potential hole I see in the Bucs Tampa-2 next year if a young guy like Lewis doesn't come in and really impress.
2006 Prediction: 11-5, NFC South Champions, NFC Conference Runner-Ups.
As a note, please bold any changes from last year.
