Pre Draft Dynasty Buy & Sell Players (1 Viewer)

If Jeff Hostetler, Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, and Jay Schroeder can win a Super Bowl, then Phillip Rivers could too.
Could being the operative term.

Lots of things could happen. I do think they're a strong team next year.

If forced to pick one, I'm pretty sure I'd bet on Indy instead of Tampa Bay, I just question trading their 1st.

I don’t, Buckner is a stud.

I do get your point here. And I can't even say you're definitely wrong. But I wouldn't call it brilliant - unless they're in the super bowl next year (presumably Buckner would be a key part of that).

I think I prefer one of Ruggs/jeudy/kinlaw/etc plus using the money elsewhere, for the colts. I'll (not gladly) admit to being wrong if they're the division champ this year.

It’s not like Buckner is old either.

Money is no problem for the Colts. They're STILL $25m under.
That's a good point

Honestly I'm not sure why I'm arguing here. I expected them to take a player Johnny really doesn't like. (Love)

But for the point of this thread, Mack definitely is a player I'd look to acquire if anyone is selling (reactively) cheap.

I’d be tempted to put Mack on my buy list if the price was low enough considering he’s on so many people’s sell. If he dodges the draft I like him behind that line. I feel like the reward outweighs the risk if you can get him on the cheap. People are already discounting him like the Colts have already drafted Swift or Dobbins.

Overplayed narrative. Rivers was very good last year, particularly considering the awful state of the OL he played behind. This year, he will play behind the best OL in the league. Expecting a big rebound.
Stop gap and rebound can work here, it's definitely a short term move.

But does anyone see Rivers as a SB quality QB now?
I do. He was a "Super Bowl quality QB" throughout most of his career. Unfortunately, he played almost all of that career with Norv, McCoy, and Lynn as his head coaches, by far the worst among his HOF caliber peers. And he also played behind the worst pass blocking OL of all of his HOF caliber peers. He has been much better than the popular (generally uninformed) narrative has indicated.

Seriously, why?  :whoosh:
Hes bound to become a wr2 in that offense. IMO his value is the highest it will ever be as wr25

We know Washington already went after Cooper hard. They want a WR1. Everyone is all over McLaurin as a future stud, except his profile doesn't fit and Washingtons actions already show that they want an alpha. Find someone who is drinking the koolaid and sell him

Makes sense. This seems like a code.

Baby 🦈 or just 🦈 would have made more sense imo.  Good call on Gallup, but I'm not entirely sure how he'd be devalued before the draft.
I think maybe he just forgot the "D" before the "J".

Agree on Gallup, although there are some rumors the Boys are looking at WR in the first (I can't see that though).

Gotcha

Of all the things Dallas needs, WR seems low. Maybe one late, but nobody that would challenge Gallup. Unless the thought is Coop gets traded? Even then I'm not sure Gallup gets much better.
