I draft this weekend in the 11 hole of a 12 team

QB. 2RB, 3WR, TE, K, D

i am putting together a draft book with VBD, ADP, SoS, NFL schedule grid and I want to include my own projections.

How do you other owners do it?

In years past, I just used my gut. For example, based on his rapport with Bledsoe, TO drawing double teams and the 2 TE set preoccupying LB and Safeties, I think Glenn will out perform his projections. just a gut feeling. How do other owners run numbers to customize their projections?

i'm not sure... but i don't think you have enough time to do it properly... i also think it starts by looking at last year's ending stats... things will have to be tweaked because teams will be trying out different offensive and defensivie philosophies (all of which you have to know and consider when making your projections)... you probably want to referenece back a couple of years too... but that wouldn't be necessary or relevant for every team (couldn't look much further back then last year analyzing Minnesota).

you could just throw some ###s out there... but i think it takes weeks/months to do it properly
