If you've ever watched a single NCAA football game in your life, it should be abundantly clear that no NCAA team is gonna come close to beating any NFL team ever.
Thanks. Pretty cool to see Peter King cite that, although it was no more of a throwaway tweet than any of the other sarcastic comments I'll make while drinking any watching college football. Very random the stuff that gets picked up.
No, Alabama wouldn't actually beat an NFL team. But they're going to send a whole lot of players to the pros.
If you could add the NFL talent they lost in the past 2 years to this years team (Julio Jones, Trent Richardson, Mark Ingram, Mark Barron, Dre Kirkpatrick, Dont'a Hightower, Courtney Upshaw, Marcell Dareus, James Carpenter) they would give the Chiefs a run for their money. The current team would probably lose by 30 but if Cassel has an off-day, it could be closer (Bama's offensive line is sick).
