Im deciding at 4pm, if I need the home run its Jayden, but I kind of am buy the Mahomes/Kermit narrative and I think he might light up the Raiders today just to show he can still do it. But, have been waiting 22 games for that with Mahomes, Mahomes feels like the more sure floorDaniels or Mahomes .. must win game
If 2nd half goes similiar to 1st half of games I need the higher ceiling so probably rolling with Daniels (assuming he is starting)Starting Daniels over Mahomes and Cousins. Chooo Mother Truckin Chooo!![]()
Touch choice. I'd go with Mahomes. Daniels is returning too soon and likely to get hurt again against a tough Chicago defense.Daniels or Mahomes .. must win game
With a rib injuryThe arm strenght on that throw. Wow
BetterIs he the next Patrick Mahomes?

Reading these as a Bears fan is incredibly annoying after seeing 2-3 obvious holds right in front of the ref.Next Gen Stats

Jayden Daniels’ completed 21-of-38 passes for 326 yards and one touchdown and added eight carries for 52 additional yards in the Commanders’ 18-15, Week 8 win over the Commanders.
The Commanders scored just one touchdown in this game, but it was the only one that mattered. With just two seconds left in the game and trailing by three, Daniels dropped back from his own 48-yard line in hopes of creating a miracle. After navigating the pocket for several seconds, the rookie who played all game while battling through a rib injury let it rip downfield into a pile of players, setting up a tip drill that landed in the hands of Noah Brown for a 52-yard touchdown with no time left on the clock. Daniels and the Commanders’ offense got within scoring range several times in Sunday’s win, but settled for field goals against a feisty Bears defense. It’s only natural that their only touchdown would come from nowhere close to scoring distance. It’s only been eight weeks, but Daniels is already looking like the 2024 Offensive Rookie of the Year. He played turnover free football and it goes without saying that the Commanders are riding high heading into Week 9 against the Giants, who they beat in a field goal fest earlier this year. Daniels will be a high-end QB1 in the rematch.

Yep looked like it from the still shot I sawI think it was actually him that tipped that ball too.
He apologized on twitter, obv incredibly dumb, hopefully lesson learned
This.Tough game against a tough D.
he's not running since the injury. hence the problemDaniels could've ran one in at least.
It sure feels that way as a Daniels owner and a former BRob owner (who loved all the GL work).I'm in a league that gives more points the further out the TD is, so I wind up seeing this more acutely - but WAS seems to have an incredible amount of TDs scored from within the 5 compared to other teams. It's wild.

Jayden Daniels plays such a mature brand of football. More control in an offense more advanced than even CJ Stroud's last year
Interested to watch the film of Steelers-Commanders. Jayden Daniels hung in there, but that was new for him. Welcome to Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh D that’ll give you some crazy looks. Welcome to Watt and Highsmith who aren’t gonna let you get outside
Reminds me of a few years ago when Josh Allen was hurt. Enough talent to gut out some fantasy production but left a lot of meat on the bone.Yeah his fantasy value has hit an enormous wall the last month. Sure sucks to see.
