Assuming all PlayOff games since 1933 [481 through last week], and assuming the use of the standard QB Rating [QBR] ...

481 PlayOff games have been played since 1933. That means 962 total starting QB's.

Of those 962 starting QB instances ... 417 QB's had a QBR greater than 80.0. So 43.3% of the QB's have eclipsed a QBR greater than 80.0.

Both QB's eclipsed a QBR of 80.0 in the same game only 80 times. Or 16.6% of the time.

Coincidentally, a loosing QB has had a QBR greater than the winning QB 80 times as well. Or 16.6% of the time.
