Question about Jeff Haseley's RB vs. WR article (1 Viewer)

Is it just me, or does the article kind of ignore VBD? It's a subscriber article so I don't want to give out more info than what I should, but it seems as if some of the conclusions are counter-intuitive to VBD. Jeff doesn't give one bottom line conclusion, but it seems to be framed to argue for RBs over WRs when the numbers seem to indicate scarcity in the other direction.

Anyone care to explain or disagree?
