What is being done to posters who bump old threads like cooley/kolb are sent to Ir/torn acl threads? Out of any/all forum behavior I am betting that the majority of members don't appreciate it. On a fantasy forum this would have to be the worst possible behavior IMO.

ask yourself what's worse - the people who bump the threads or the people who start new threads to whine about it...

i found the cooley bump semi entertaining... definitely not a waste of 10 seconds to read and realize it wasn't current. but thats just me. :lmao:

Hey if you don't like the thread don't read it.

What would prompt this anger? Log out, shut your laptop and drink a beer.

I think it is the risk that someone reads it and doesn't realize its old and then takes action based on an injury thread from a year ago or longer that makes this type of thing worse. Can actually mess up someone's fantasy team instead of just annoy people.

I deleted the thread when I saw what was done. I have sent that person a message that it's not cool to do this. I am generally pretty tolerant of things, but doing this will definitely get you banned from our boards in short order.

Correct jayrod. Anger? Nice try. I'm positive the staff agrees with me, would you be willing to spout the same drivel to them shader?

public PM's seem overly emotional and dramatic. i can understand why he would think you were upset.

Have fun trying to pick fights with somebody else, urinating on message boards got bumped from my schedule to make room for more productive activities.

It's fun to see Favre threads get bumped where sho nuff was wrong again or stirring the pot. LHUCKS likes to bump threads that try and make him look good but those don't happen near as much as the threads where he was :bs:

why were they bumped?and why aren't 'poopy' and 'dumbo' autocensored?

I think that anyone who was told he wasn't cool by David Dodds would slink away in shame, his head down, his tail between his legs, looking for a place to hide.

and then there are posters like this who can't stay on topic and only are here to bash other posters...quality behavior.

1) Bumpin old threads where dudes have been making BOLD predictions that thave been proven very wrong or very right seems like par for the course. If a poster wants to stick his/her neck out then he/she need to be able to handle the heat/ take the credit even years later.

2) Threads which are about a specific injury should be closed asap.

3) Other sites which I am an active member (one football and one non-sports related) have policies were bumped thread are automatically closed or at least evaluated. The non-football has a really short time like 30 or 60 days versus the football one closes most that are bumped after 1 year.

4) I thought this site purged threads by some combination of length and amount of posters? Am I incorrect here?
