quick dynasty question (1 Viewer)

So I'm the commish of a start up dynasty and I haven't ever been in an actual dynasty before. So far, so good, but I had a question about how the draft works. 20 man rosters. Do we all do the rookie draft and then cut players from our 20 man roster to make room for the new guys? Or do we cut guys ahead of time? How many rounds does a rookie/vet draft usually go? If one wanted to keep their entire roster and not take any more rookies, how would that work?

Thanks guys!

Couple ways to do it- either draft and then have a cutdown day, or make offseason rosters from super bowl on bigger and then cut them down in preseason. This is the way I prefer because it gives you a chance to see if your 4th round pick gets a job, as well as add roster long shots like Thomas Rawls last year. Either do a blind bid ww every week or once a month, just make sure it's posted and clear, get the offseason waiver process figured out now as well.

I'd put it up to a vote. Does your league want access to the cut players during the draft or during the first waiver period after the draft? Let the league vote decide.
