I don't like complaining about flags not being thrown, the game is what it is. But even the announcers have commented a few times now with reviews of all the holding going on on the Raiders. Including that last play.

Oakland is a better than average team but has little room for error.   Teams can throw at will against the Raiders.   The secondary was average at the beginning of the year and has got worse each week due to injury.   A wildcard berth was hopeful but not likely at all after this showing.
