Just finished my first "faster" run since NYCM. Six-mile progression run in 7:56, 7:31, 7:27, 7:18, 7:14, and 6:49. Didn't really plan on running that fast, but it felt good, so I just kinda went with it.

when I lose track of lap count and tend to compartmentalize my swims in 20 length blocks (20/40/60/80) to help keep count. I'd like to start swimming in time blocks versus distance as a change of pace and it'd be nice to turn my brain off from counting and just click at the wall. It also looks a though the $29.00 one does some analysis. I assume you'd put it the length distance in yards or meters.
Maybe I will do it in a speedo.
I've done over 3,000 in a single session, but have not done more than 2,250 straight.
