The full payment is $1200. So the race entry is $100 per person. The other cost we will definitely have to share is the cost of the rental vans and gas. We do need to find two dedicated (i.e. non-runner) drivers.Looking at the site, it appears that the race fee for the Bourbon Chase is $800 ($67 per person). Does anyone know if that's correct? They refer to it as the "final payment," so the fee could be substantially more than that...
Hopefully we'll have some drivers to get people to and from the airport. I will be driving up.Wraith: the "put your money where your mouth is" will be interesting. With almost all of us having to fly in for the race (not run), it could be a logistical headache. I'm in regardless of the headache, and regardless of what weird fetish you guys have over watching other dudes in bright colored tights.

about your wife being a driver - tho if you're trying to have kids, I really hope she will become unavailable (and not just because she's avoiding tri-man).
I'm assuming somebody is younger than 40 in our group = we will be competing in the "open" division. Can't wait!_________________________
I've got 10 on the docket for today, and I actually opted for the heat. Rather than run this morning when it was 70 degrees with 90% humidity, I'll run later this afternoon when it's 87 degrees but only 48% humidity. Pick your poison, I guess.
15 minutes after my alarm went off for my morning run. Needless to say, I didn't get my "scheduled" workout in. With tomorrow being my normal SRD, I'll either get this morning's run in this evening, or postpone until tomorrow am.
And LOL at #248 checking out his guns. Awesome!!
