Rank the top 5 worst RB run units in the league (1 Viewer)

Basically looking for a situation no matter how good the runner he would struggle to run behind the line.

1) Arizona Cardinals....Easily the worst line in the league by a good margin. Beanie Wells may actually be a stud in a different offense if he can stay healthy.

2) Green Bay Packers...Alex Green is not a starting RB, but he gets no help from that team

3) Detroit...when is the last time this team has had a good rushing year

4) Indy...Once again not sure if they have a very good RB on this roster although Brown might be closer to the average in the NFL, but that line is bad that it is hard to determine if it is the players or the line

5) Tenn....Chris Johnson has had some ok games as of late, but the consistency of that line opening up holes is not there

1). AZ is definitely #1. I know that San Fran is above average but to only be able to run for 7 yards in an entire game is an embarrassment. I, as a lifelong cards fan, cannot understand how Rod Graves keeps his job. I cannot wait for LA to get a team so I can dump the Cards and move on finally.

Why not Cincy?

Also, have to distinguish between talent vs productivity.

Johnson and the Titans might be an example.

The Saints have some very good talent in Sproles, Pierre and Ivory (and who knows what Ingram and Cadet could be), but even though they finished something like 6th in the league in rushing last year, because of the poor defense and playcalling this year and always being behind they seem to get absolutely nowhere in terms of actual rushing production.

Some other contenders:

Oakland: McFadden might be the best RB in the league, and look what that atrocity of a line has done to him.

KC: Charles' talent is hiding a lot of flaws. Just look at how often he gets hit behind the line of scrimmage.

Dallas: When was the last time you saw really good blocking from the Boys?

I'm thinking it's more the scheme than the players on the line. They were 7th in the league last year (for yards, YPA and TDs) with pretty much the same personnel running a power scheme. They don't seem well suited to a ZBS.
