he was in the play-by-play with a forced fumble and fumble recovery, but the play was overturned by instant replay as they ruled that Charles was down by contact.
Cardinals defense had 48 tackle opportunities in the game. Have to wait and see playing time data, but I'm assuming he was just unlucky and wound up getting shut out.
I started him in a playoff game this week myself. To make matters worse, MFL showed him with the FF/FR in live scoring early on, so I thought he was on his way to a huge game. They never took the points off until the game ended, and then he updated to show 0 points. Sucked.
If you knew in advance that Alex Smith would complete 26 passes in the game, I think you'd feel pretty good about your chances with Johnson out there. Weird result.

He played 100% of the defensive snaps and 48% of the special team snaps.

just as an aside, I think google is kind of terrible for this sort of info on individual player searches
I usually use topix, fancloud, or look in the bspn team blogs
FWIW, PFF graded him with 1 solo tackle in the game and 1 missed tackle.
Between his goose egg and denver pulling a fake out on Julius Thomas (Scott Chandler on my bench), it'll likely cost me my game. Add in 2 from Lafell and 3 from Shady and I'm in a bad spot.
17.5 down with Julio and Julius Peppers to play...non PPR. Really looking at a 50/50 toss up here. I need them both just over average tonight. Bad OL for ATL and average secondary for GB...looking for a shootout with a ton of plays and heavy passing.

KC Doesn't run between the tackles much so I did not have grand expectations for Johnson, but I was stunned by the zero. I started him in one game as well. Some days you're the bug, some days your the windshield I guess.

I tried to ask this on PM, so apologies for the public question here... but if you didn't have grand expectations for Johnson, why did you rank him #2 this week? Seems like putting him in the 10-15 range would have been more appropriate then. Not saying in any way that it was possible to call a zero - but don't your weekly projections have some level of adjustment for matchups?

If solos are worth 2 in your league, I'd say 10 pts is still toward the "disappointing" end of the scale?
