NFL Network's Kara Henderson is reporting that Ray Rice is active and will start against the Steelers. Rice is a safe start in all formats.

Per Roto World..,

ESPN's Rachel Nichols confirms Sunday morning that the Ravens expect Ray Rice (questionable, knee) to start against the Steelers.

Nichols reports that the always-problematic sod at Heinz Field is particularly sloppy, however, which could hinder Rice's ability to make sharp cuts on his banged-up knee. Pittsburgh's defense already ranks third in the league against the run. Only bench Rice if you have fantastic alternatives, but those starting him shouldn't have 100-yard expectations.
