RB Austin Ekeler, WAS (6 Viewers)

Concussion. Short week. Gotta think Ekeler misses week 4
So was him being “cooked” exaggerated? Seems to have good efficiency metrics this year but maybe needed to not be the only guy in the backfield.
Looked as good as ever to me. Sucks his best play of the game, the kick return, didnt land us nerds any points. Rest buddy. For the first time in decades the Washington offense appears to have hope.

Regardless how he looked, his role is pretty clear. Robinson is the primary. Ekeler will get some receiving work and some carries.
This was how it was supposed to be.

Feel like we have only scratched the surface on what he will do in Washington. Especially with Brian having such a meh game last week.

I feel like we've only scratched the surface of what Robinson can do.
Daniels showed he could throw the ball Monday night. Defense will now have to respect the pass and keep their eye on Daniels.
This will open up the running game more. Robinson is the play going forward.

Regardless of his role this year, the bright spot for Ekeler owners is his performance last season appears far more injury-related than age. He still has gas in the tank, and there's potential for a Sproles-like end to his career where he has flex PPR value even if he's not the RB1. It's a tough pill to swallow after monstrous 21 and 22 seasons, but those days are gone, unfortunately.

I'm riding Daniels/B-Rob/Ekeler triple stack ROS. This offense looks damn near unstoppable. Hell, I'm even thinking of picking up Austin Seibert because why not. Ekeler is a great flex, seems like a lock for 10+ points easy. In half ppr leagues with points for return yards, this guy is money. I hope he's back this week.

Dan Quinn said RB Austin Ekeler has cleared the concussion protocol and will be good for Sunday. He added that RB Brian Robinson is trending in the right direction, but he'll be a game-time decision.

WR Noah Brown - OUT
DE Clelin Ferrell - OUT

Any thoughts about expected production this eve?

Gotta go w him or Dowdle in my RB2 this week.
I'd mulling him vs Douglass, Ertz or Knox for one spot in a TE premium league. Still not sure but can't say I love Ekeler and I can tell you I'd go with Dowdle over all of these options just because his coach is saying it's no longer a RBBC. Dallas offense has a lot of issues but I'd take the volume play.

That's which way I was leaning. Thanks!

Assuming it's 1.5 ppr for TE in your league, I'm at least able to say toss up between Ekeler and Ertz

It is and thanks for the input.

The Ertz return to Philly, for the first time I believe, has some positive vibes to it for sure.
