you saw what i saw. hall seemed slow and disinterested, if that is possible. worse was his pass blocking. the jets o scheme seemed piss poor, but allen found lanes and room. i checked hall’s numbers from last year……he had over 900 yards rushing last year, with half coming in 3 games, of which 170 came in the final meaningless game. hackett seems to have said, “breece, run into the back of tipmann on every play you get the ball”.

I don't own Breece in any league, but as a Jets fan I have definitely been underwhelmed with his performances so far, especially running the ball. Part of it is the run blocking, but it's hard to ignore that Allen seems to be doing so much more with his carries especially after first contact. I'm not going to make any crazy declarations, but if this keeps up I'd expect Allen to earn a larger share of snaps.
