Portis practiced all week and there is no indication at all from the local beat reporters that he will not start.

Edit to add: The reason Portis is listed as Questionable is a wrist that got banged up during the Texans game last week, which caused him to miss some time in that game. He did re-enter the game however, and practiced all week. My guess is that the wrist is only a problem if it begins to affect ball security or becomes too painful.
