Should be. ESPN shows no injury designation.
Austin Ekeler is ruled out with a concussion. I have inside information that he (Austin Ekeler) was in poor condition in the hospital but that was earlier in the week and I haven't heard how he is doing lately.
I don't have any love for either McNichols or most low end handcuffs at this point in the season. If I were a non-competing team, which I'm not, I would be trying to roster higher upside guys for 2025. Hell, I still would, even as a competing team. Rostering most of these bad handcuffs in the hope of injury is a sucker's bet most of the time. In dynasty you have to always have your vision on the future, even if you're in position to win right now.
McNichols was on the Titans for years and I think the Broncos before.
He is a third down back. He is fine every time he plays. I wouldn't use a different adjective.
He had a nice game earlier and I didn't know he had that in him.
He's probably going to get a few catches as third down backs get. If he starts or subs as a starter, I don't know because I didn't think he had it in him earlier. I'd feel decent about a PPR start in this scenario because of the catches.
Suppose it was this week. He's not big enough or tough enough to deal with Sweat and Simmons and the Titans this week so there's no way Kliff calls 20 carries BUT ya gotta run some and force the D to be ready for it some so they'd probably call screens and wide runs. Not 20 so 10-12? I don't think he'll get ya but 30-40 yards. Your hope would be that he has like 7 catches for 40 yards with that.
