Great job MOP!! look forward to this each week
Brandon Jackson: Only 40 yds on 15 carries but 75 total yds and 4 catches made him a nice RB2 in PPR leagues last week. He is the starter and got all of the carries. Watch to see if Morency gets his health back but for the moment, it is the Brandon Jackson show in Green Bay.
Good to see something a little positive on B. Jackson. Everywhere I look people are trashing this guy. He looked good in receiving and running after the catch last week. As far as running the ball, he had no room to run, same case as many of the studs that could not gain any yards either. Give this guy a chance!
Derrick Ward: Had almost 120 total yds and a TD on Sunday Night but he was playing a defense that had a big lead for most of the game…I am not sure I would be wheeling him out unless you own Jacobs and are forced to play this guy cause you plucked him up off the WW. In fact, for Jacobs’s owners, you better run and grab this guy for a few weeks. Droughns was not asked to carry the ball hardly at all and I don’t know that he will be asked to do a lot more this Sunday…maybe a handful of carries but Ward played well in relief.
Any chance A. Bradshaw gets a chance to show what he's got while Jacobs is out. I think he could surprise if given the chance.

Only watched parts of the game last week, but I did pay attention to GB's last drive in the 1st half when they were running their 2 minute offense, and BJax looked good blocking and coming out of the backfield catching passes.
Thanks for the kind words Kid...problem is this would be a completely different thread or article over at FBG. 1st off, they have Wimer who posts the match ups, and an army of folks that give you cheatsheets, weather, SOS, what their dog ate for breakfast...and this thread thrives from the feedback from all of you. I am sure Wimer and crew would love to get some feedback on the board with what they write...but they can't just post it here as it is paid material.I would be honored if FBG approached me but I did work very briefly on the news blogger about 4-5 years ago, I have had some material published as a guest article in year's past, but I'm not sure where exactly I would fit in over there with all the staff they have in place already.

My only gripe is a very minor one. Ron Dayne got 9 of his 13 carries in the 4th qtr with Houston leading 20-3. They were trying to save the wear and tear on Green IMO. When the Texans are in closer games, I would expect to see more Green carries and less Dayne carries. I would hardley call Dayne one of the better backups to stash. like I said, very minor gripe. I like your insight as always.
much better...now let me add some thoughts.Jackson might not look great but for a rookie and th eonly player getting the carries too, i thought he did alright. Knocked in about 75 yds total and had some receptions, might not be a bad RB2 a lot of weeks. Ward is going to be in for a rough time if Eli is out which reports seem to indicate. What is the back up's name...Lozenger? Sounds like something you take for a cold or sore throat. I don't like the OL all that much in NY and I think Ward is fool's gold right now.
Excellent post MOP . Cripes you go from the low of ratting out the :movement: to the high of this great read .
