FoxSports.com's John Czarnecki reports Shaun Alexander will play Sunday, but expects Seneca Wallace to again start at quarterback.

We'd insert Alexander as a RB2 or flex if you're wavering; nearly all signs have pointed to him playing all along. He's a good bet to score and get 15-18 touches. Hasselbeck can be benched. He's unlikely to play.

It's wait and see for me. Fortunate to have T. Jones and Rudi until I can see. He'll het 60 yds and a goal line plunge. If that helps over what you've got, plug him in.

I'm starting him over Maroney and Barber III - I figure SA and Barber are similar today, most of the value in goal line touches as they split carries.

Seahawks beat writer Mike Sando says he wouldn't be surprised if Shaun Alexander (foot) ends up playing most or all of Sunday's game.

Sando says Alexander has been feeling so well recently he sees no reason why he wouldn't start and play a substantial amount of snaps. At this point, it appears very likely that Alexander will suit up this afternoon against San Francisco. We'd plug him into fantasy lineups.

Looks good to me.

I've got the same Alexander vs A-Train decision and I think it depends on where you are in your league. If you're crusing and can afford to take 'steady' points I'd go with Thomas. I'm mid-pack on points and 4-6 head to head and really need to roll the last four weeks to be promoted in the pyramid (on points, no hope for the H2H playoffs).

So I'm going with Alexander. Against the 49ers he might go Jerome Bettis on us -- even if he splits carries and doesn't get many yards he could pile up 2-3 TDs.

I drafted Alexander and have held on to him all freaking year. He is a must start if you have held him this long.

I'm having a hard time starting him over TJones or Addai. Neither of those guys are a solid start, but I'm leerie of starting the guy.....

Same here. Im going down with the ship. Its either SA or Dunn against the Ravens. Even with Ray Ray out, its still an easy choice for me.

Bear in mind, SF is #32 vs RBs in giving up FF points. It's a great game for SA to get back in the mix.

If he splits time with MoMo, they both could put up good numbers.

I am having a hard time starting him over C. Taylor and Addai but, I have to think Seattle wouldn't risk playing him against SF unless they thought he was ready to go. I could see 60 yards and a td. These are the same numbers I project for Addai but with him having more catches and less of a risk.

While the Seahawks think he is ready, the foot has not been tested yet in real game conditions. If there is a better rb with an overall better set of circumstances on your fantasy roster, I suggest you go with the safer bet.

ESPN reports that Seattle RB Shaun Alexander (foot) is expected to play at San Francisco in Week 11. However, his reps will be dependent on how well his foto responds to playing. He could see as few as five carries or as many as 20.

Hmm, Alexander or Cadillac.. i hate these decisions.

Well I gotta think if he's going to start, he'll score early and be taken out or it'll be a close game and they'll keep him in. Either way probably good RB2 numbers.

I didnt notice till this morning, and in a similar situation as most of you. . .and have to decided on starting SA over a group of other #2 backs (foster, Lewis, Duece), but to make things worse, they are all morning games and SA is an afternoon game. . . .so starting SA could leave me with a 0 if for some reason he doesnt play. . . .also sitting at the BREAK of my season. . .i have to win from here out.

Just now on Fox. . .Joe Buck reported that SA is expected to start.

I guess this is the part of the season where you hang them out and go for it!

Damn I didn't notice that he is the afternoon game, I have Lewis and Green as well and need to pick one.. Do we trust that Alexander is going to play let alone start?

Let's all jump together. . . .just dont look downI have another tweak. . .If I start him I HAVE to drop a RB. . . .Im leaning to letting Foster go. . .with D. Williams back, and DeShaun being so hit and miss (and a hit is only 100 yards), I just do see him worth the headache. I think Lewis has a better chance to be consistant. . . .just my opinion. . .I know FBG dissagrees.
