RB Jackson Wants 20+ Carries A Game

Summary: Running Back Steven Jackson believes that the key to wins is for him to run 20+ times a game. Hard to ignore his plea when over the 5 times he's rushed 20+ times St. Louis has won all 5 games and Jackson has averaged 130+ yards per. Says Jackson: "Do I think I could run for 2,000 yards if I got the ball 20 or 25 times a game? I think it's possible. I even went to [running backs coach] Wayne Moses the other day and told him, 'Now don't be teasing me. Don't be telling me what you think I want to hear just to pacify me.' And he reassured me that I'm going to get my carries."
Personal view: There's a lot to like about a running back going to his coaches with statistics that verify how well his team does when he gets his carries. As Jackson says, though, the proof is in the pudding. Will the new coach finally use Jackson as a workhorse?
