Reggie Wayne (1 Viewer)

After watching the Colts play for two straight weeks, it seems hard for me to believe that Reggie Wayne will have his usual year. Does anyone think he can still have a solid WR2 year this year without Manning? Collins has looked awful this year and he does not seem to be improving from his dreadful week one. He played a worse defense in week 2 and actually looked worse himself. Are you guys sticking it out with Wayne or are you trying to move him? And if you are moving him, what are you looking to get/being offered?

He's the only ownable Colt at present IMO.

These blowouts don't really mean much, if anything they might actually help since the colts will be throwing more and it should lead to more garbage time/softer coverage situations.

I also think it's just a matter of time before Painter takes over...and he and Wayne seemed to have some nice chemistry in the preseason. I think in a perfect world Wayne would be your WR3/flex (if you went WR-WR-WR in a ppr for example) but even as a WR2 I think he'll do well. Root for Painter to get the job cause I just don't see any possible way he can be any worse than Collins.

Traded for him today. He's a good buy low IMO. Collins and Painter will lock in to Wayne and Clark - the others will suffer. Colts will play from behind a lot, so I see a lot of catches, even in garbage time.

I agree - I think last week is basically his weekly floor. He will be a solid WR2 for the rest of this season.

He's on pace for 88 receptions, 1,376 yards, and 8 TDs with shinola at QB. That would be good for WR2 last season in PPR. Doesn't matter if he gets his stats in garbage time or not, he's a WR1.

While I agree that he will get stats, whether they be in garbage time or not, pro-rating 2 games for the entire season is a little naive, IMO.Miles Austin is on pace for 1864 yards and 32 TDs.Britt is on pace for 2168 yards and 24 TDs.Steve Smith (Car) is on pace for 2672 TDs and 16 TDs.Brady is on pace for 7500 passing yards and 56 TDs.
