Admittedly, I am someone that drafted Reggie Williams in a dynasty rookie draft a couple of years back. (One spot ahead or Roethlisberger
)
Reggie didn't do much as a rookie and was outplayed by Wilford. In his second year, glowing training camp reports were written virtually every day. (I had an ongoing Reggie Williams thread.) Of course when the season rolled around, Reggie didn't do much of anything. (35-445-0 TDs)
I had officially given up on the guy. But this last weekend, Reggie had a good day with 6-47- 1TD and it sounds like he was close to having a second score. Perhaps more importantly, Reggie started the game across from Wilford and Matt Jones came off the bench.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the game last weekend and I have no idea how he looked. One week certainlly doesn't make a season. I am curious as to whether Williiams looked like he "gets it" and showed signs of fulfilling his potential or if this was just a flukey thing and he'll be back to 2 catches for 13 yards next week?
