Renewing subscription (1 Viewer)

When I get to the page for renewing an existing subscription, it asks for my login/password (I'm already logged in at this time) and won't take it. I tried logging out and back in as well. Anyone else have this problem? I think there's a deal or something until June 1 or so for renewals and wanted to get it in prior to that.

Is your FBG subsrciption login the same as your forum login?

Not necessarily. In my case my login was my e-mail address. Took my a while to figure that out.

That was my problem, figured it out just after I posted. What an idiot I am sometimes....

Yeah, standard usability rule is to call the field "e-mail address" if that's what all the user IDs are. Might be worth changing if they're able (not sure if it's on their site or paypal at that point).

once logged in, with that cookie set, it doesn't matter though.
