RETURNING THE RAIDERS TO GLORY (1 Viewer)

That's his second straight 4 TD playoff game!Other game stats:D-JAX 9 catches for 130 yardsPORTER 7-150 yardsTEYO 4-99 yardsRAIDERS had 519 total yards!

And dramatic news from the other AFC game - the 12-4 wildcard CHARGERS beat the favored NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS so it'll be TWO WILDCARD TEAMS in the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!

It really will, the Raiders secondary is getting long in the tooth and before long you should be starting opposite Buchanon.
 
Note that RANDALL MAGNUM is now up to an astonishing 97 - higher than the great BRAD SMITH of the Cards dynasties ever made (96)!

Brad Smith was incredible, but I really think Randall Magnum is a phenomenon. I mean Smith used to throw for 300 yards regularly and we thought that that was superb in those days, but Magnum threw for 300 yards IN THE FIRST HALF of the last game. He's averaging 400 yards and 4 TDs the last couple of games. The Raiders offense with him at the helm is just something to behold, it's like an unstoppable force of nature.

Do you mean compared to the Cards dynasty when we were in the NFC? If so, I agree. With the Raiders we seem to be coming up against a lot of 13-3 or 12-4 teams in the AFC playoffs, while with the Cards there weren't that many really great teams in the NFC at this stage of the dynasty - a lot of 10-6 teams.

I think its more a referendum on the overall state of football in general..madden is so realistic you know... :sarcasm:

What a matchup this is going to be.... the CHARGERS have the #1 offense in the NFL and the #3 defense, the RAIDERS have the #2 offense and the #2 defense. This is a matchup of the best two teams in the league!
