In one 12 team league Garcon($100 per year budget) is up to $25 now. I like him but he is too inconsistent.

I'm not big on Garcon, and that's coming from a Colts fan. Too inconsistent and Manning spreads the ball around too much. His value goes up quite a bit if Wayne or Clark get injured though, and that is definitely a possibility.

He's been bid up a lot in my league too.
