maybe, among many possible reasons, WAS went "all in" on RG3...
with the cumulative rule changes making moving the ball through the air historically easier than ever before, a running QB (like vick, cam newton or RG3) has the POTENTIAL to be extremely damaging to opposing defenses... not only can a QB throw over the top with cleaner releases, but can than exploit the more spread field and greater spaces on the ground...
aside from the question of whether luck is the greater NFL prospect, what are some thoughts on RG3's presumed greater running ability making him the superior fantasy prospect... and though i doubt it is a consensus, do any think he is straight up a better passing prospect?
are one or the other closer to being "maxed out", and does one look like they might have greater room for developmental growth?
