Kicker Rob Bironas was listed as out because of a team decision. He watched punter Craig Hentrich kick field goals, although it's not unusual for Hentrich to take an occasional kicking period to stay prepared in case he's needed.

Don't mean to ring a false alarm. Maybe it does mean practice, but...even so it could have ff impact if he's got an injury issue or tired leg. Just reporting the news.

it says he WAS listed as out as he watched the punter.

not that he IS out (for sunday).

you hear that a guy IS probably/ IS questionable/ IS out for sunday. not WAS.

just my luck. he's my only kicker and i can't pick up another until week 11. he'd better play. i knew some shat like this would happen. i usually carry a backup but decided to use my roster space otherwise.

amazing how worried i was about missing my kicker ... thing is i would have had to drop a RB like keith/young/wright/watkins to pickup a backup K and didn't want to do it
