How can MLB seriously let the Rockies/Jays game start with the weather they are having in Colorado? We should be watching a great pitching matchup, but instead its a sloppy mess.

How can MLB seriously let the Rockies/Jays game start with the weather they are having in Colorado? We should be watching a great pitching matchup, but instead its a sloppy mess.

Called after 6 innings, about half of those innings were played in downpour conditions, and it was a steady rain in the others. Nasty stuff. They clearly wanted to get it in because they weather isn't expected to be any better tomorrow or Sunday. I think they'll be lucky to get another game played this weekend. Ubaldo did get his 12th win though.
