Odd that he didn't mention that the NFL owns part of the CFL (I believe this is still the case).
Next question - Parity vs. dominant teams - is a perfect team good for the league?

? - Jerry Jones says that the Cowboys don't want/need to go overseas. Is theer a limit?
A - Many wanted to go in '08, joked about NYG going to SB and a coincidence.
A - Also mentioned that a team is limited to going once every X years overseas (but didnt' say what X was)

A - Many are interested in NFL. With so many, it is bound to be chaotic.

A - Michalel Irvin's idea - great idea. Could implement around HOF in Canton.

A - Goodell says the players know the policy and the high standards. Won't solve all league problems with policy. 20% decrease in incidents and dramatic number w/ rookies. Support of NFLPA and players a big help in making more effective.
Sean Taylor / 3 others lost their lives. Tragic. More can be done to protect the players that are celebrities and NFL can increase / improve security and assist the players.

? - Why did you destroy the tapes, why is Congress interested, and did the notes go back before 06?
A - Destroying tapes was best way Pats follow instructions and that it didn't appear again (and that all tapes were confiscated / turned over and it won't happen again). Congress - Specter must answer. Notes didn't help Pats win the games and didn't pre-date 06. Also said that any coach not thinking their signals may be stolen is crazy (may be attributed to another coach's comments).
