RTS Sports - Good and Bad - Help fix the site! (1 Viewer)

This is my league's second year at RTS Sports. I really like the site but it could easily be made better by improving the following:

1) Injury Updates - Will the site please get a decent news/player injury alerting service? What they have now is terrible. Worse than any site I've ever played at.

2) The Waiver wire does not function properly. When trying to switch positions, it take forever and a day for the browser to become responsive. Likewise when you click the name of a player the new player window takes forever to open. I've noticed that IE works a little better than Firefox but overall the speed is very annoying.

Other players in my league have confirmed these issues. Does anybody have any connections that may work for this company or would know of somebody there that I can contact?

Would love to have enough people complain so this gets fixed. IMO this site has the potential to be the best fantasy site on the web but these are serious issues in my opinion.

I do not have these issues with RTS. For injury updates, I come to this site.

RT has had some problems today but we've used RT for 8 or 9 years. We love it.

The 2nd thing must be a PC/ISP issue on your end.

This happens to most all the other players in my league too....def not a PC/ISP issue. Happens on different ISPs and I use fiber connections only.

My league has used it since 2002 and we rarely have any issues. Today there were some snags in scoring updates, but that is uncommon. Furthermore, they are extremely responsive when you reach out to customer support ... my experience anyway.
