Ryan Grant vs. Marshawn Lynch (1 Viewer)

guy just combined with Jerome Harrison to give me a championship...I think.

Anytime you get a guy with 1000+ yards in the 3rd round or later,I don't see how you can pass it up. Really wish he'd be undervalued again next season.

Now in his 3rd year as a starter (more like 2 1/2), and another very solid year. While last year the TDs were lacking, this year they're right back and that ypc is back up. 2007 -- 188 carries for 956 yds (5.1 ypc) with 8 TDs2008 -- 312 carries for 1203 yds (3.9 ypc) with 4 TDs2009 -- 267 carries for 1188 yds (4.4 ypc) with 10 TDs (and 1 1/2 games left to play)The guy may not be flashy, but this is now the 2nd year in a row finishing top 10 in rushing yds in the NFL and now with the TDs following the yards. He just turned 27 so still has at least a couple years left. He's like Rudi Johnson part II at this point. I think those thinking he was a complete fluke might want to take a closer look. He's not an elite talent but not many can be. I think next year he's going to present nice value again.
I used the Rudi comparison a few weeks ago.He is not going to win you a title all on his own...but is a solid piece of it without using a high draft pick on him. Great value despite the supposed lack of pedigree.

Are you going to bump the thread you started were you stated Tony Gonzo will continue being a stud vs Dallas Clark who is due to fall off even though their ages would suggest otherwise?

As a matter of fact, yes I amBumped that already earlier in the season and admitted I was mistaken. Not only that, but bumped it 6 months after the previous post. Might want to check before trying to suggest what you just suggested. Good try anyway.

ETA--Gonzo didn't disappoint as he's still top 4 and outperforming what every TE did last year except for himself. I surely didn't expect Dallas to be as good as he was. After watching what he's done, I'm now of the opinion that he can keep it up for a couple more years. Just clarifying my stance and pointing out I have no problem changing my viewpoint or admitting I was mistaken.

The better question is will you now come back here and apologize or admit YOU were mistaken in your hasty attempt to suggest I only bump posts that I'm correct in? We'll see.....

Here I am! Well done on this call. I still wouldn't want Grant on my team next year, these last couple weeks have inflated his numbers to the point that he'll be drafted earlier than he was this year.

If I can get him late 2nd round, or early third like this year, then I'd take him. Forget these last 2 weeks...every week this season but one in my league, he scored 10 or more. The one he didn't, he had 9. That is amazing consistency for my RB2, especially when other guys are taking Steve Smith, Matt Forte, Steve Slaton, etc...all before him. He's underrated.

Not to mention the guy has 1200 yds rushing (again) and scored 10 TDs so far. He didn't get those numbers in 2 weeks. Also, he didn't even break 100 yds this week and only rushed for 37 yds last week. Not sure what from the last 2 weeks exactly inflated his numbers.
