Keeping him out was precautionary but Tolbert should be owned in all leagues. He will be a menace to Mathews owners and if Mathews keeps fumbling even more so.

Yep. It's pretty obvious Mathews will not be seeing goal line duty at all. I hope he truly is o.k. so it won't cost me as much (blind bidding; no waiver wire; no $0 bids) to pick up Tolbert.
