Not sold on the 47-10 performance last week by the Saints

Dallas looked incredible vs the Browns, made Watson look like a back up

This aged poorly.....I have not gotten to watch the saints yet. Two impressive weeks. Are we sold on them to continue looking this good on offense?

Nope .....I'm purely looking at this from a FF angle. I've got a chance to invest in Saints O......I've been down the Derek Carr road before though, and it usually ends up being very inconsistent

I read your other post as calling out MOP, who imo is a really good poster in the shark pool is all

Not really calling him out ....although he did make a call, and it went the opposite way. Fwiw, lots of people made the same call.

I'm truly just looking for input on if Kubiak and Carr have something that will be sustained all season. Buying into Carr makes me nervous

I heard some where that they’ve scored 40 plus pts in 5 of the last 8 games or something. I’m too lazy to look it up. Funny, I drafted Olave who hasn’t really done anything go figure

No but as you said, didn't age well in less than a week, I'm re-evaluating things

Well, it is the Cowboys. They can be out coached rather easily.......and they are perpetually overrated.

Probably two separate stats being conflated:

1) Saints have scored 40+ in three straight games (48-17 over Atlanta Week 17 last season).

2) Saints have won six of their last seven games, having ended the 2023 regular season on a 4-1 streak.

-I walked into the Chi-Hou thread last night fresh off the Pacheco news but I had fallen asleep in the afternoon frame, something I'm sure many others experience
But I stroll in there and take one look at Caleb 2nd Half vs Houston and just unload on him

12-5 three seasons in a row, did you miss my Mike McCarthy thread/ It started off as "Countdown to being fired" and then I had to backtrack a lot of that
McCarthy has done things no other Dallas head coach has done in regular seaosn over the last 20-25 years

Yes but I don't know that it's all his fault. You have JJ standing over you, he hangs out at JJ's place, they seem to get along very well, I don't think he'll ever be fired as long as they win double digits most of the time, this team was terrible prior to MM arriving
