This guy has been teh suck. He's looked lost and ineffective all season, dropping balls, getting hurt, taking himself out of games because even he realizes he's teh suck, etc. I don't even want to think about who I could have taken instead this pathetic pile of ####. Granted you don't expect much against the Pats, but it's not like he's only sucking against the Pats either.

I'm holding him one more week, and if he can't put up numbers on the Jets he's gone.

What are all the other people unfortunate enough to cross paths with Santana in 2007 doing?

Does anyone see any real hope for at least a dead cat bounce here?

Actually I didn't drop him five weeks ago, it was two. At the time I dropped him he was the second-lowest scoring owned wideout in my league. The lowest is DJ Hackett, and that owner is an absentee. Santana has not been picked up, either.

I have hung onto him in one league because I could, let him go in another.......I have not started him yet.......every time I get ready to pull the trigger on dropping him in the last league, I have flash backs to last year when he went off in a few games.....it is not so much that he is helping my team, it is that I know as soon as I let him go, some other team will pick him up because their WR really suck, and then he will start producing.......Campbell has missed him on a few deep balls ealry in the year, and if he doesn't get those occasional bombs, his stock drops dramatically.....

schedule looks decent the rest of the way....and if I ran into some injuries I guess he would be better then others from here on out....maybe.

There was a VERY telling interview that Doc Walker did with Jason Campbell yesterday. Jason basically said that there were going to be some significant changes coming in the offense. He didn't say what they were, but commented that sometimes a loss like that is going to bring out changes quicker than a win or any other kind of loss. And Doc Walker basically kept saying, why, when your team is down that big, do you NOT take shots down the middle of the field, with your arm, and those WRs. Jason couldn't really answer it. I honestly believe the problems with the passing game are NOT Moss or Randle El, but the play calling. I don't know if its Gibbs or Saunders, but its been horrid. I don't think a guy with Santana's hands, speed, and toughness just suddenly sucks. Yes, he did have that horrible game with the drops and fumble 2 weeks ago, but I think the problem is HE knows this offense won't utilize his talents. I think Jason knows it too. The skins are just too predictable. Run on 1st, and 2nd, pass on the 3rd down. And most of the passes are on the sidelines, they rarely ever throw it in the middle of the field.

Note: I'm assuming we're discussing redraft here.

'Skins fan here, and Moss has been probably the most unpleasant surprise on this team. He's battled injury, but even so his drops have been astounding, culminating in that horrific Green Bay game.

He's always been volatile, and not someone who you can count on to score every week. I think whether you hold him or drop him is dependent upon your own roster and needs. I think he'll get better just because he's been awful, so it's not saying much. I'm still holding out hope that this offense will improve, but the problem for the offense as a whole is the o-line and I don't see that situation improving much the rest of the year.

Glad to know there's people feeling my pain. Andre Johnson, Donald Driver and Santana Moss seemed like more than enough WR's on draft day. Ugh.

Wanna feel MY pain, I own him in 8 dynasty leagues. Thank God, he's my 4th or 5th best WR in a lot of those leagues, but still, I was counting on a big season, and he's been one of the biggest disappointments this year.

I want to play him against the JETS so bad too, but I am scared to start him over Fitz, Galloway or Welker. I just know he'll FINALLY explode though if I sit him against such an easy matchup.

Wow, that beats mine. Godspeed Brother.

considering that my first 3 WR picks were Lee Evans, Javon Walker, and Santana Moss...I'm probably hold and hope for the best.

I have other options but as bad a season as he has had to date he still has more upside than whatever is left on our WW.

I own him in a Dynasty League. I am keeping him but he won't be in my starting lineup again this year unless he magically turns things around and comes up with 3 solid weeks in a row.

I am lucky I have other WR options . He is 5th on my depth chart.

My first three WR picks were Andre Johnson, Javon Walker and Santana Moss. Oh, and my first three running back picks were Ronnie Brown, Carnell Williams and Deuce McCallister. QBs? I picked Delhomme and Leinart. Dallas Clark is getting really nervous right about now. This week all of these guys called me and requested that I never draft them again.

:rolleyes:I think you need to do us all a service by posting your roster (I have sigs turned off) so we know who'll be going down the rest of the year.

Just dropped him for S. Young... yadda yadda yaddda... yes Young was still on waivers.

Have TO, Roy, Bowe and Holmes in front of him so I'm not really concerned.

Here are the players you should all be trading away immediately:QBsD. AndersonRoethlisberger (someone dropped him for some reason)RBsK. WatsonD. FosterK. JonesE. GrahamS. YoungJ. ChatmanWRsA. JohnsonS. MossD. BoweK. CurtisD. MasonTEDallas ClarkKN. FolkDefNew England

It's now or never for Moss, if he doesn't get a TD against the Jets he never will this season. That said, I am thinking about letting him go for Henry Cinn, who I think will outperform moss the 2nd half of the season
