Seahawks vs Steelers - Week 2 (1 Viewer)

Lockett with 8 catches.

Seahawks seem to be doing better in the quick hit passes to RB or Lockett right now.

1st 10 from their own 40, Carson with a run up the middle, pushing the pile for 5.

Swing pass to Carson in the right flat, good run to stay in bounds with a stutter step and pick up the first.

1st and 10 from the 45, Wilson hits Lockett again for a quick strike for 5

2nd down,  Wilson under center, Penny in for minimal gain.

3rd down Penny stutter step and takes advantage of a missed tackle and good downfield blocking (by Russell too!) to take it to the house for 36 yards.

Game over! Nice loss to a west coast team coming to the east coast for a 1 PM game. But hey, have you seen Tomlin's overall record. He is awesome.

Rudolph with some short dump offs for minimal gains. Maybe needs to stand in the pocket a beat or two longer to hit any developing separation downfield. To be fair, not sure if separation is happening downfield, just seems Rudolph checks down quickly. Maybe that's the plays that are being called, I dunno.

2nd and 5, Rudolph tries to hit JuJu in the end zone, good coverage by Griffin.

3rd and 5 form the 26, Rudolph scrambles and picks up the first down, running into contact. Great pickup.

1st and goal from the 8. Rudolph out of shotgun, fantastic time given to him by the O line, slings it siedarm to McDonald on a quick screen at LOS, McDonald rumbles to EZ, TD Stillers.

Nice patience by Rudolph to open up screen to McDonald and a TD. Cool calm collected - long drive for Steelers

Going for two -- bunch right formation. picked off  by Lael Hill. Bad indecisive throw by Rudolph, the receiver he was targeting looked open a few seconds earlier coming across the back fo the EZ, but wasn't by the time he threw it.

SEA with the ball on their 25. Penny in the game for a swing pass for 3 yards.

2nd and 7, Locket lined up in backfield, moves to slot. Finds Dissley for the first down. TE is really getting tons of work here.

1st and 10, false start on the SEA, 3rd penalty on Ifedi today.

1st and 15, Wilson flushed out of Pocket to find a receiver on the sidelines, out of bounds. Another flag, holding, on SEA.

1st and 25. Carson back in and cuts and jukes for 5.

2nd and 20. PIT crownd loud. Wilson rolls right trying to find Lockett deep, well covered. Could have been a helmet-to-helmet call where the defender nailed WIlson.

3rd and 20. Play called dead. Challenge flag by Carroll for PI.

Carson with some hard running picking up 4 on the first down.

2nd and 6, shotgun, Carson with a stop and start handoff up the middle, minimal gain.

3rd and 3, empty backfield. Wilson goes deep right sideline and hits Metcalf for a TD. Perfect thrown and catch. Edmonds defended that really well once again, Metcalf just makes a great play securing the ball.

Beauty throw to Metcalf from Wilson - right on the money

Speaking of money - Steelers might want to spend some on the secondary

Rudolph trying to get the team back in the game, gets rid of the ball to avoid a sack.

2nd and 10, fakes handoff on PA, tried to find Deonte Johnson deep on right sidelines, can't get the ball, good defense by the CB.

3rd and 10. Rudolph was looking for Ju Ju but threw way behind him, maybe a miscommunication. Punt.

If Wilson sells out his body he picks up first down - instead he slides about 3 yards short

Sorry spot is 1 yard short

This Seattle team barely beat cincy who lost by I think 100 points to a sorry san Fran team. Think about that, so so so bad. High draft pick coming.
