Hey guys,

I couldn't really find any discussion about Sean Lee on this board. I see where Brooking hurt his hamstring and is out for awhile and Lee is filling in for him full time. Bradie James probably isn't going anywhere this year or next, but how much longer are they going to keep starting Brooking?

Any chance that Lee gets the full time good ILB job over Brooking this year without him getting hurt? Brooking's time has to be just about over, doesn't it?

Sean Lee's time is coming soon. Brooking is on the down side of his career. If not this year, then probably next year Sean Lee will become the full time starter. Of course there is also a worry with Bruce Carter taking that job as well

Bump. I noticed Brooking in the box score last night, along with Lee. The season is almost here, so who is starting come week 1?

I'm guessing a frustrating rotation inside? I'm just wondering why Ryan isn't getting his best upcoming inside LB in there as a starter...

Carter will take Bradie James job next year. James will be a UFA.

Brooking and James are the starters. Brooking's durability is a question, so I'd expect Lee to get more than his share of playing time this year. For now, he may rotate in for a few snaps each game, but the team expects Brooking to play full time.Next year, assuming Carter is ready, I think he'll take Brooking's role, with Lee handling the SILB spot.
