I generally try to give bevell the benefit of the doubT since the team has been successful overall, but I do find some of his playcallong quotes confusing.

they both had their hands on it with the defenders back solidly on the ground in bounds BEFORE the WR foot touches OOB. WR had first contact with the ball and simultaneous possession later (if they BOTH have it with joint control and the defender is in bounds BEFORE the WR is OOB it's a catch.)

I think they got it right, but it's a strange one
