Well he has alot of experience and i am in a Tackle Heavy league.

So do you think he is worth a start?

Will he be an every down LB?

Seau will be lucky if he gets as many snaps in the base defense as he did last year or the year before, and he'll get none in the subpackages. He might have a game or two where he gets five or six solos, but he's much more likely to project to the 2-4 solo tackle range.
