With so many tough match up's this week is this guy a Shark move this week?

Could this guy have a game similar to last week?

For people who are desperate this week think this guy may be a fill in for the week.

I guess he has 275yds passing 2td's 50 yds rushing 1td.

Ok now tell me I am crazy.

I hope so. I picked him up for this week and am starting him in front of Delhomme.I see him going over 250 with atleast 2 passing td's and atleast 50 yards rushing.

I'm also starting him over Delhomme. The whole Seattle offense seemed to have more pep in their step with Wallace in last week. He was creating after the play broke down and in general the gameplan seemed to be working. You can tell that he's over the calf strain now, and that's a good thing.

Also considering Wallace over the cluster of:

Shaun Hill

David Garrard

Tyler Thigpen

All these reports of 20-30mph winds are pissing me off!!

Anyone fear he'll have to do little to win this game and Morris has a career day? I'm really leaning toward Hill, despite the winds, with Gore out. Hill will have to throw for them to win and I see the Fins/9ers game as more competitive. If Seattle goes up by two scores, do they just start running the ball against that seive-like D?

I missed my waiver wire (Thursday night game locks the wire down until Tuesday) but would have strongly considered Wallace over Schaub v. Tenn.

Winds where?
In KC and Miami (Hill). Winds 20+ mph at each stadium gusting up to 30mph. They've shown live shots at each stadium and typically I don't consider weather all that much, but the windy conditions at each stadium were extremely apparent and has me concerned. Just can't imagine starting Seneca Wallace in a game with this much significance.

Well , I'm rolling with Seneca Wallace over Hill/E. Manning/Shaub.

Hope we get to see some nice scrambles and rushing TDs from Wallace!

FBG's has him ranked very high this week in his matchup versus the NYJ. Can anyone explain to me the reasoning behind this? I don't agree or disagree yet as this is fresh off the press, so to speak, to me.

Reasons to like him:

Holmgren's final game in Seattle.

Wallace is playing well.

Jets pass defense is ranked very low.

Reasons like avoid:

Seattle offensive line is starting 5 backups. Literally every starter looks to be out now with Locklear getting the dislocated toe.

Jets have something to play for in the playoff picture, Seattle doesn't.

:hophead: Thanks.

I didn't realize that they were so hurt at OL. That alone would lead me to believe that he might be ranked too high this week.

This was published last Sunday:

(Rotoworld) Seneca Wallace completed 15-of-25 passes for 226 yards and ran twice for three yards in Seattle's Week 15 win over St. Louis.

Analysis: St. Louis dialed up heavy pressure and kept Wallace on the ground the entire first half. Blitzing out of the nickel package, the Rams forced him to make quick decisions and Wallace didn't respond. He lost a fumble when Julius Jones blew a blitz pickup and Will Witherspoon recovered. Wallace did move the ball in the second half and led his team to victory, but isn't a fantasy option.

Any other opinions?

I thought he looked good vs. the Pats D a few weeks ago. Considering that the Jets D is very similar, I would not be surprised to see him put up decent numbers.

I'm possibly starting him this week in a start 2QB league over Pennington. Depending on how Trent Edwards is looking, I might go with him over Wallace, but for now, Wallace is in.

so everyone is hoping that Seneca basically has his career day with a decimated Oline against front seven that can bring some heat. its 1thing to put up decent numbers against a decimated pats D and a god-awful rams defense but the jets have much more to offer. goodluck with that

I am pulling a shark of all shark moves!

I am playing him over the likes of ROMO, BIG BEN, THIGPEN,HILL in 5 different leagues!

I just hope Dodds nailed this one!

Last week against S.L . was the tale of two halves. First half he was useless and lost due to continued blitzez! Second half he looked like the best QB in the league!

I am rolling my dice with him 5 different championship games! I think if weather holds in Seattle!

2 biggest resons!

Jets 31st ranked pass defense

Holgrem vs Favre is generally a shoot out show!

I think the question that needs to be asked is can the patchwork seattle offensive line protect Seneca? The Jets are pretty good at getting to the QB, which is why I am concerned.

the list of QBs that havent had good fantasy days against the Jets this year is pretty short

Just a FYI, Wallace's ranking has dropped out of the top 12 this week.

Classic CYA by FBGs. If Wallace does well, they can say "well we originally had him ranked high" ... and if he tanks, they've pushed him out of the top 10 so anyone who complains they lost their championship because they followed his "high ranking", FBGs can say "well you should have gone by our final rankings."
