September is insane. (1 Viewer)

Absolutely bonkers. Jags the biggest surprise to me, but Rams are a close second. Titans mediocre D absolutely bullied the Rams OL. Simmons played out of his mind.

Raiders flying across country & losing isn’t a new story, but considering the opponent still an upset. And the Bengals should have been in that game against the Browns. They beat the Steelers & Ravens, but got handled today by the Browns. Huh.

Any given Sunday, and especially today. Wow.

Stop derailing the thread, this is the Blackbear Show lol.

Kidding.   But I'd put the Broncos as a bigger surprise than the titans.  Titans are a great team.

They don't get the respect for whatever reason but they are easily one of the best teams in the AFC. If they learn how to win consistently without Henry no one should want to face them in the playoffs when he comes back.

Tennessee, Baltimore & Buffalo are the class of the conference, but all are capable of a slip.

True - I missed that one. Meant to include it.

titans are good, but 28th against the pass going into LA on SNF, I didn’t expect them to dominate the Rams OL.

Also I wish I’d played Byard (15) over Rapp (8) in a close game against the Taylor (39+) owner. I’m up 25.5 & he has Claypool left. It shouldn’t be this close considering I had Staffford, Woods, Henderson, Gay, & Rapp.

Tomorrow night is gonna be death by 1000 cuts or eking out a victory. I need this win bad.

But yeah - crazy day in the NFL. My bets were….not good. The most brutal was the Packers 4th & 11 TD to kill the spread & the Chiefs getting that 1st down & taking a knee.

Tennessee’s defense hasn’t been this good all year. They played way out over their skis tonight. Good for them, but this seemed like the exception rather than the norm. Maybe it’s a step forward though - they certainly have some pieces. The Rams had no answer for Simmons all night. He was constantly disruptive.

Your qb can’t.

Ravens & Titans ATM

The reality is 11 teams in the AFC are separated by two games at the halfway mark.

I'd bet the field against any favorite.
I think the Bills are still the best team in the AFC. The stinker against JAX was bizarre, but that team is loaded on both sides of the ball.

Unless Najee, Diontae, Freiermuth, and the Steelers D all go off tonight, this will be by far the lowest scoring week fantasy wise in my league in years. 10 team non-PPR league, and there may be under 800 points scored this week, with only 1 team over 100. For reference sake, 105 is typically the league average.

Hell, one team in my league got less than 10 points out of their 3 WR's combined. They started Tyreek, Lamb, and Chase.

Per the insanity of games played  this week.

Someone threw it out jokingly but they mentioned the impact of daylight savings time throwing off people like football players  who typically run on tight schedules.

I think that their is something to it considering the weirdness of games played this week.
