Shaun Hill Named Starter (1 Viewer)

Hill put up top 5-8 QB (min.) when he was healthy earlier this year (8 TD in 4 full games w/ good yardage totals). Given his production, favorable schedule, and seeming wealth of good targets to throw to, I see little reason why he won't continue to excel. Those who are lacking at the QB position (especially us Romo sufferers) should grab him now IMO.

Thoughts?

I am just a little concerned about durability in this game. I heard he wasn't handing off with the bum arm in practice, so one shot to that forearm could usher Stanton into the game. I am rolling with Freeman to replace Brees this week, but I will be keeping an eye on Mr. Hill as the week progresses.

I'm concerned about durability as well. Picked up McNabb to fill in this week for Rodgers/Stafford but thinking about going with Hill if reports are sounding good towards the end of the week. If he can't even hand the ball off, how is he going to make it through a FOOTBALL game?

yes, he was handing off with the left (injured) arm...and he throws with his right. I think he's a good play, so i grabbed him off waivers. As a Lions fan, I hope Stafford is ok, but as a Romo owner needing production, I hope Hill plays a few weeks!
