Please keep this to Sherman and his won appeal ONLY, nothing about playoffs or anything else.

Based on Yahoo sports Sherman used the same defense that Braun did with a little twist. Supposed a 2nd cup was used for his sample due to the 1st one leaking? This second cup broke the chain of custody and thus Sherman won.
Bruan won based on the sample being left in an apartmnet for days in which time they argued the chemical balance could have been altered because of the time period that lapsed. I believe there was tests done to prove that this was "possible" but obviously no way to prove it in his case.
Sherman's case though rely's on you believing the 2nd cup had adderal in it already I guess to think he is innocent... Did he win the appeal yes but not because he didn't take adderal it was just how they caught him taking it. To view it from the other side though, there is no way knowing where the 2nd cup came from? Was it leaking and they just grabed a cup? Did it potentially have residue of adderal or had it possibly been used by a teammate with adderal?
One this is for certain I would suspect Sherman to get his paperwork filled out to take adderal leagally in the NFL as well as the NFL to "randomly" select him more. Hopefully he learned from his near miss.
