Cowher
As a die hard Cowboys fan, this would make me happier than anything in the world, but I just don't see it happening. Cowher is a fairly smart guy, and he can see that Jerry Jones cannot coexist with a strong head coach for an extended period of time (a la Jimmy and Parcells). He would be exactly the kick in the butt this heartless team needs, but it will never happen. Just look at their recent history. They lose ridiculous games against far inferior opponents (ie. Washington) and they come to play when they have to only (ie. Saints last yr and this week with Houston). They have a pushover coach who obviously doesn't run the team, they have a fair to average OC, who is just to green to be able to run a team, and they have an overbearing owner who makes all the decisions.
