The real issue is the license all answers are shtick until you know that right after you sign the dotted line you don't get slapped with an injunction. Disney does that to daycares in the middle of nowhere for fun. Warner owns the Flintstones after buying Hanna Barbera not sure I'd expect a new license to be very cheap or for them not come after you if you don't secure an agreement.
