Having some small experience in list threads, I'd advise not to worry about making it "better."  Those of us who are here are enjoying it.  Make sure you enjoy it.  Would you prefer to slow it down?  Don't feel any obligation to anyone here to hit a particular pace or style.  If I were to ask anything, I'd say I'd like more info about why you like a particular song or artist.  But if you would rather power through, that's up to you!  This should be fun for you, not a chore.

My only other consideration - for certain special reasons - would be this cover of an obscure backwater band that eventually splashed up a wave or 2.

I thinks they may have a future, if guys like Gary keep playin' their stuff.

New to me. However, this is one that - somehow - I can tell will be a fav from the first note. 

Yeah. Sounds ridiculous. But, I have rarely been wrong. I was right I this case. 

Don't know what/why/how, but timbre, sustain, etc. can show in 1st note. Maybe that part of it +the psychic mind power - it help too.
